"Eine gute Ferienadresse in Arco da Calheta"

Ein schönes grosses Haus, in ruhiger Lage, mit guter Ausstattung, geschütztem Sitzplatz und auf Wunsch beheiztem Pool. Vom Pool, vom Sitzplatz und vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus hat man einen guten Meerblick. Der Hafen von Calheta mit seiner kleinen Promenade und seinen empfehlenswerten Restaurants ist zudem über eine kleine Nebenstrasse direkt, einfach und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Leider nur seitliche Meersicht, da direkt davor in der Mitte ein anderes Haus steht, und auf einer Seite der Casa Mia zudem ein grosser Bananenstrauch ebenfalls die Sicht einschränkt. Hier wäre es sinnvoll diesen schnellwaschsenden Strauch mehr mittig oder links zu setzen, dann hätte man auch vom Wohn-/Essbereich einen wunderbaren Meerblick.

Location was perfect, the views were beautiful. Poole is a nice family size with lots of seating. Local amenities and easy to get the beach and local supermarket.

Very clean and comfortable property, Lots of utensil's, plates, cups, mugs and glasses of various sizes. Excellent shower and bath. Good size TVin living room, plus a tv in 1 other bedroom. Excellent induction hob.

Instructions for tv, dvd etc Needs fans in the bedrooms. Perhaps wire screens on the bedrooms and lounge doors to stop mosquitos in the evening and night. Photo's on brochure better than actual location, property overlooked from all sides restricting some views.
