Je to výjimečná vila se skvělým majitelem, poloha je perfektní veškeré vybavení uvnitř ještě lepší výborný je bazén, který má proměnlivou hloubku a dá se do něj skákat, velká krásně zelená zahrada a spousta stínu na terase

Cena za pronájem vily je vyšší, ale za ty peníze to opravdu stojí

"Excellent place to relax"

We had two amazing weeks. Franck is a wonderful host. We were welcomed with fresh fruit and wine, which was a good start of our vacation. The Villa is very comfortable; the pool, outdoor area and garden are beautiful.

"Parfait spot de villégiature pour des vacances à Saint-François"

La villa est parfaitement située, à 10 petites minutes à pieds de la marina mais au calme, très bien équipée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et d'attentions (petite bibliothèque très sympa, vaisselle en grande quantité!! - pas toujours le cas dans certaines locations- et hyper agréable avec sa grande terrasse et sa cuisine extérieure. Le jardin tropical est magnifique. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et le service de Franck, du début à la toute fin du séjour (discret mais toujours disponible). Nous recommandons sans réserve (et nous reviendrons).

Absolument rien à redire.

In one word: amazing. The appearance of the accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, everything works. The villa is located in a quiet area, a well-stocked shop is 2-3 minutes away by car. From the shop you can easily walk to the port with restaurants and bars. The owner Franck is very friendly and provides all the necessary information upon arrival. If you arrive in the evening, we recommend ordering food and drinks through the owner, everything was very tasty. You can travel all over the island by car, visit different beaches (we liked Plage de Bois Jolan). If you want to go to the volcano, a waterproof jacket is a must. We were glad that we chose the eastern part of the island, it rains more on the western side. If we ever return to Guadeloupe, this is the only villa we would stay at. Thank you very much, Franck.
