The property is absolutely beautiful. You have everything you need for the perfect stay. Didn’t want to leave!

Air con in only one room, got myself a fan from the supermarket so not major.

Great little location, easy walk to centre of town

Parking was tight, fine for Fait 500 or similar

The villa was very clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. We loved the pool. The owner was very attentive and welcoming.

Nothing. It was a lovely house in a very central location. Two of the bedrooms did not have air conditioning, so they were very warm overnight.

Absolutely beautiful house, very clean and had everything you would need for a home from home. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the heat. Friendly host. Great location, good base for exploring.. rental car was a necessity... a lovely quiet area away from the busy tourist areas.. we found a lovely bakery in the village so beautiful fresh read every day for breakfast.

There was a cat onsite that was not mentioned in the information about the house prior to our arrival. . We were asked to feed the cat twice daily and it bit one of the children (probably playing, as cats do) This was ok for us but would not be good for someone with a cat allergy or fear/dislike of cats. Also air conditioning only in the living room, not in bedrooms.. there was a conditioning unit of some sort in the room but we couldnt get it to work so very hot at night. We did not ask the host about the air con as the language barrier made it difficult. The host randomly turned up a few times during the week to water the plants, brush the yard etc.. so it was difficult to fully relax in the property in case she might arrive, not a major issue but just a bit awkward, especially with the language barrier.

Beautiful clean with lots of great outside space whether you prefer sun or shade . 5 mins walk to local shop and bar - Forn de La vall great food and reasonably priced . 5km drive to Lidl

Not a problem to us however there was a vat at the property that needed to be fed and came and went through the cat flap. If a guest was unaware and had allergies this could be a problem. Slight confusion on arrival as keys were not in locked box as stated and we had to contact third party booking agent by emergency number . Issue solved quickly and someone brought keys and showed us around property

The property is a little gem and has been decorated and furnished with the most lovely furnishings. It's like a boutique villa on many levels. The outdoor spaces and pool were gorgeous and were my place of sanctuary and recharge. Location is a quieter off the beaten track spot but the local bars/hotel provided good food options. Also within 30 minutes of Palma Airport and Alcudia so a very central spot The owner is very welcoming and left Agua and Vino as part of a welcome pack which was lovely. Communication was fun as my limited Spanish and the owners limited English meant there was lots of gesticulating and assumption of what we were saying to one another. There is a most lovely cat which seems to have adopted the property as well and is more like a dog as he watches you in the pool in the morning.
