Beach Villa Can Ros by Sealand Villas

Great size villa for our group of six, plenty of room and sun loungers etc around the pool and seating inside, a good location for most of us but still a good walk to the main facilities in the port

The villa is very tired and dated and we experienced a lot of little flies inside the larger en suite bedroom also a very bad smell in the en suite 😞

Location, size of the Villa, number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Fridge, Microwave, dishwasher.

Customer support was the worst I had experienced in having rented Villas for over 20 plus years. The outside furniture were in very poor condition, the sofa was ripped and covered in bird poo, the chairs for the table were also ripped. The pool table was in very poor continental with unuseable pool cues and different size balls, the table tennis table looked like it had been in a car crash. We had a sand storm during our stay and the pool was ditched with sand, despite numerous calls to the customer support team nobody came out to clean the pool. One of the rooms could not be locked which was a major concern as the Villa is a bungalow so anybody could have got in plus our 3 year old grandson could have got out and gained access to the pool. The air con unit in the master bedroom looked like it had been found in a skip with numerous hand prints. After many calls by myself, which were not returned as promised, new cues were supplied plus the door was eventually fixed.

The space and amount of bedrooms and bathrooms suited us perfectly as there were 9 of us. The location was great.

The pool was filthy when we arrived and we had to ring for someone to come and clean it. The whole place is very run down and needs some tlc (foil used in bathrooms to cover up gaps in sealant round the showers). The path leading up to villa hadn't been swept, old leaves everywhere. The gardens were similar. Everything just looked uncared for. The gate was really difficult to unlock.
