The villa is beautiful. The views stunning. Very clean comfortable and Nong is a really lovely lady. Couldn’t fault the villa. Heed the warnings about the hills though. Taxi drivers charge 450 Baht to take you up or down and you still have to go up or down a very steep hill to get to them. We walked to and from the main road and got tuktuks. It is doable but you need to be fit!

I will be complaining to booking.com. You are NOT warned about the electricity costs. Read a review on here and expected a bill of ~1000 Baht. 2 people for 11 days (we stayed in Koh Toa for a few nights too and switched everything off before we left). Just had to pay over 7000 baht. Nearly £200 for 11 days. We didn’t even touch the bottom room and I thought we were careful about the a/c. More than my bills in the UK in the midst of winter. You should be warning customers of the potential additional costs before hand.
