The house is located in a perfect location next to a busy area of the island but at the same time it feels quite secluded and calm. I would recommend for everyone looking for quiet place. The house has everything you will need for your vacation. It was regularly cleaned and perfectly maintained. No complains on that. The staff was extremely helpful with the information prior our arrival and post our departure. We forgot a tech device in the house and we manage to receive it back with the support of the people taking care of the house.

The Villa is exactly as it looks in the pictures. There is lots of room at the pool area. We stayed for 10 nights and the cleaners came 3 times and the pool was regularly cleaned. The location was great. 5 mins walk to a Spar and a nice pizzeria and 2 pubs. 15mins walk to the Old town with lots of restaurants, 25minutes walk to Puerto Del Carmen main strip. Would highly recommend La Manana Villa.

Walking down to the resort is fine but alot of hills walking back to the Villa...but it's manageable and is worth it as the Villa is in a lovely quiet area. Just have comfortable shoes with you!

Information about locality, restaurants, excursions etc is needed in the Villa Yiu should have a signing in book so new visitors can read what previous visitors said
