Villa Roferos 32

Alfredo welcomed us earlier than anticipated and was extremely accommodating. We arrived to find a welcome pack of essentials (and wine) which was much appreciated. The Villa and outdoor facilities were extremely clean and very comfortable. Thank you for a most enjoyable week. We would not hesitate to re book.

Fantastic location. 10 minute walk to either the old town or the strip. Supermarket 50 meters away and lidl 500 meters away. Huge garden area with a great size pool. The house itself was clean and comfortable, which was fantastic.

The location was perfect close to both the old and new Town. The perfect Villa to rent we will be back again. The host could not have been nicer and more helpful

Villa was spotlessly clean with plenty of fresh towels and bedding. Great location. Lovely welcome basket on arrival and host was very nice and helpful even booked our taxi to bring us to airport. Would highly recommend thank you for a lovely stay

Villa was in a great location. It was fantastic to have our own private pool and accommodation. Alfredo, the property manager/owner lives next door but left us to it and was on hand if we needed anything. Really great experience.

Only slight burdens were two things: Bed comforts were not great, mattress in main bedroom is really thin and hard. Some fresh towels and a general cleaning service every 2 or 3 days would have been very helpful.

Easy access to supermarket and restaurants. The area was quiet and the accommodation was very comfortable. The pool area had sun all day and shaded areas provided.

Very clean and comfy Villa. The pool had the sun on it all day, also very clean. Had lots of fresh towels . Only ten min walk to New/Old town . Had a lovely welcome bundle , wine/bread/milk .Alfredo ( the host) was very helpful . We all had a lovely relaxing holiday. Thanks again 😊

The main issue was regarding the check-out time. Different people had different flights. On day one, the host kindly approached us to inquire about the planned check-out time. We explained that we had fligths at 11am and 3pm. He willingly offered to let us stay until noon without us having asked. On the last day he came in and some of us were gettign really to leave to say that everyone that had to leave by 10am since the cleaning crew was shceduled to come at that time. He either forgot the offer he made or pretended not to remember. Either way, the people who had the flight at 3pm (who were still sleeping) had 30 minutes to grab their belonging and be out of the house. A very bad experience. He should've own his mistake.

Location and facilities were excellent. Pool was a real bonus.
