Very spacious house and gardens. Great privacy yet very close to the main beach, supermarkets etc. owner and staff are always available for any queries and the house is equipped with all you need for your stay. Very quiet and relaxing stay.

Minor things outdoor cushions gone a bit old and faded and some outdoor areas just needed a fresh lick of paint as it was late in the season I’m sure it was just from continual use and amazing home

This is a fabulous villa in a great location. The area is very quiet while being close the centre. There are amazing private outside spaces where you can have sun or shade all day. The pool was perfect for us, heated and cleaned regularly. Pool towels were also provided. The villa itself was clean and well equipped. Everything was provided from laundry detergent to bin bags. The air conditioning was a bonus and very cheap to run. Water and tea bags were provided along with some little treats. I would have no hesitation in booking here again.

My family have just returned from a 2 week stay in Villa Mare and we all loved it. The villa itself is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you should need for a self catering stay. The 2nd bedroom is a self contained annex so as a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids we had plenty of space. The outdoor spaces, garden & pool area are amazing and the real gem of this property, so tranquil but only a short walking distance from the main strip & other restaurants, shops & pubs. Our 3rd & favourite visit to Puerto del carmen & will definitely be booking again.

Amazing outdoor spaces with several seating areas including rooftop sundeck with amazing sea views. Indoor spaces very luxurious and great for 2 couples sharing. Very practical selection of kitchen extras such as tea,coffee,sugar,oils,sauces. Bathrooms very spacious and well equipped. Beds amazingly comfortable with lovely quality linens(didn't need to use duvet). Excellent quiet location with supermarkets 2 mins walk away and 10 min walk to beach.

The villa is in a perfect location. Close to everything but still very private and quiet. Communication with Monique was very easy, always very quick to respond and helpful. Inma met us at the Villa and was also extremely helpful and responded to any questions very quickly. The Villa has everything needed for a stay in Lanzarote and has fabulous outside space including roof terrace and private pool. Really enjoyed our stay here, would highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

The best beautiful villa. Perfect location, outside spaces were perfect and had everything we needed. Special touches were coffee, tea, wine left on arrival. Birds fed from our hands during breakfast and communication was top class! Just wonderful.

The second bedroom is in a separate annex with its own bathroom and mini kitchen so perfect for giving two couples a bit of space. The aircon worked very well and the walk to the strip was less than ten mins. The outside areas were very well maintained and beautiful to chill in and the rest of the house was lovely too.

There is little I can fault about the property, maybe more keys but we made use of the lock boxes provided so it was grand. The plunge pool was a little on the chilli side but it was still nice to get into when it’s hot. We were also there in November so I’d say it’s lovely and warm at other times.
