Clean, well resourced, lovely pool

Further from town than I expected

Great villa. Owner is helpful and responsive. Very clean, well maintained.

It’s a bit far away from the strip, beach etc. it could do with aircon and some shelter or umbrellas in the garden.

Road noise was a problem, especially early morning and late at night.

Spacious living area with decent sized bedrooms. Separate area for laundry and hanging washing. Extra large bed in one of the bedrooms.

Level of cleaning on arrival could have been better. e.g. marks on floor, dirty skirtings and loads of dust on door panels. Missing shelves on fridge door which meant milk and other cartons had to be stored inside the fridge reducing space for other items. Leaking power unit for heating swimming pool which meant there was an almost constant pool of water around one side of the pool. No instructions available for TV which proved a little difficult for us non spanish speaking guests. TV remote worked intermittently and when reported worked perfectly! Felt it was a battery issue but no batteries left with us and of course the remote failed to work again the following day! BBQ is disgusting and should be replaced.
