Spacious, cozy villa w/parking in Coligny Villas

The location was great as far as being right next to Coligny Plaza which was nice.

l did not like that there was not enough adequate space to park for me and my group which left us fighting for parking every day , the condo was also very hot and floors were dirty.

Plenty of room for our family of 5.

Large comfortable bed rooms, newly remodeled bathrooms with plenty of soap, shampoo, and towels. Short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Convenient to the pool.

The kitchen was very small.

Very clean. The beds were so comfortable.

The door lock was not working that good. It was very frustrating

The place was very nice. The pool was very fun.

My check-in was 4:00 I wasn't able to get into the location until 5:30. It was completely trashed by the previous people and the cleaning crew hadn't even shown up until I got there. The owner made sure not to answer the calls every time I called except the first time. Although she tried to make it up by letting us check out late it was very inconvenient to sit out in the car for an hour and a half with two children.

The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and town to eat and do things. The complex was quiet, pool was nice, and beds very comfortable. It was clean as well. If we had questions the owner was very responsive.

Suggestions —Could use a few more pans as we made breakfast every AM and wash cloth for kitchen to do dishes but overall we made do and it was fine.

Convenience to the ferry to Haig Point golf course. Plus convenience to beach and restaurants

Front entrance was a bit muddy and we were worried about tracking in dirt.
