Very Clean and comfortable .The house was lovely and quiet at night time. Beside all aminities and a short walk to the promenade. Beside the cabo roig strip where there are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and bars. Will definitely be back.

Nadys wife met us at the property arriving and leaving. Very nice pleasant lady and everything was so easy. Plenty of car parking outside. Excellent location few minutes walk to Cabo Roig strip and beach/ coastal walk. House was very clean and comfortable. All facilities were good.

Couple of mild days but air con heaters warmed the house very quickly. Only other problem was we only stayed one week. Will have to do 2 weeks next time.

Needs a lot of maintenance. Key lock faulty/ staircase bannister loose / light bulbs out / no kettle/ little in cooking equipment Very cold house
