Lovely, clean, well equipped and central location

The location is amazing of this villa. There is easy access to shops and amazing facilities including a pool table, table tennis and a swimming pool!

Unfortunately the house was completely empty on arrival. No water to get us through the night. We arrived at 10pm and all shops were closed so it would’ve been nice to have had some water provided.

The villa has a lot of space where you can both spend time with your family/friends and to be alone if you wish so. There are bedrooms on 2 floors hence you can settle in either close to your friends or on different floors. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking but if you prefer to eat out, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within 3 minutes walk. The beach is also in 3 minutes walk but we generally preferred the pool at the villa. When we experienced an issue with gas, assistance from the host arrived within 30 minutes.

We may be a bit old-fashioned, that is why we needed to get used to the main way of communication via WatsApp messages instead of talking over phone. There was also no toiletries in the bathroom except for liquid soap, which was not a big deal (the supermarket was across the street) but a bit unexpected.

Everything is perfect

The house was lovely and clean and well equipped. We arrived very late at night with a family of 6 and were able to access via key box. The back gates are electric for private parking. We had a large 7 seater which I was not used to so had a bit of trouble getting in and out at times. The property has 2 outdoor eating areas, one next to the pool and the other on the terrace accessed from upstairs bedroom and livingroom, both areas have a fan above. We wish we had used these spaces more. The supermarket is tourist prices but Mercadona is a large supermarket. We drove it would be to far to walk but I’m sure busses would go that way too. The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms which great! Around the corner is a black sand beach and the town has lots of food places. We went to legends most mornings for breakfast and we loved blue martini for dinner. In Los Gigantes is a natural pool which is great however tricky to get too.

The bed in the front bedroom was a little hard.

The only thing I didn't like is likely personal to me. Parking in the secure rear garden was difficult for me as I usually drive on the opposite side of the road😊

Where do I start? Communication with hosts prior to and during the stay was excellent. Got keys from lockbox and entered into a beautiful clean home with everything you could need. Fully kitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, beautiful sitting room with tv, fan and amazing view of the mountains, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on same level with aircon and then the final bedroom and bathroom in basement. But it was really the outdoor spaces that took our breath away. At least 6 outdoor seating/lounging areas and an amazing clean pool. A lot of little extras also, washing machine, bbq, outdoor shower, flyswatters :) the hosts have really thought about everything and more. If we are ever back in this little corner of Tenerife, we will stay here again.

The villa was clean and very spacious, lots of seating areas, pool was a great size, everything you would need was there. The location was perfect, just a 2 min walk to the shops, beach, restaurant and public transport. The host was so helpful, checking we were ok or if we needed anything.

Lovely villa in a great location - quiet but close to the beach, supermarket etc. Very clean and well equipped, good communication with hosts. Hope to return.
