Good location, near center. Spacious place and pretty well appointed.

The back, main bedroom had a very musty smell and the walls, painting and furniture need a really good dusting and clean. Did not notice any damp or mould but best to check. The toilette in the laundry area had a really bad smell (sewerage like) that needs to be looked at. Some of the cushions in the lounge area need a good clean. Otherwise was fine.

Convenient location. 5 mins walk to Margaret River Bakery, Woolsworth supermarket and all other shops in the quaint little town. Property was prompt in replying and helpful.

Chiller was not working, we followed instructions that was given to reset the chiller but it still did not work. The property was a little worn out and in need of some upgrading. The walkway to 1 of the bedrooms had a little metal piece sticking out that was unsafe. Other than that, it was a decent stay.

Complementary wine was nice.Bought our own breakfast.

The pics made it look bigger than it was. The unit next door was being renovated until late in the evening. The guy doing the work was understanding with not starting to early. It didn't bother us .

Clean property with very comfortable bedding and couch. Excellent location with walking distance to all amenities in town. Communications with property managers was excellent.

Needs a repaint on door frames etc but this doesn’t affect our stay at all.

Great location, had everything we needed for a comfy stay

Had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and clean. The location was amazing.

This was our second visit to Limetree. Like last time there were limited hangers to hang clothes and just a bedside drawer, for a family of 5 for a 7 night stay we have a reasonable amount of clothes and my husband had to pretty much live out of his suitcase. For all 3 rooms with no chest of drawers there were about 6 hangers each room. Also this time we found a lot of dust especially in one room, but also in 2 of the rooms heaps of cobwebs. Particularly around the inside of the window frame there were significant spider occupied webs. We had to buy a can of bug spray to get rid of them as the kids didn’t want to sleep in there. It’s not like they were hidden and it’s really part of regular cleaning, these looked like they had been there a good while but there were also older ones along the cornice. Also the drawers in the bathroom had long black hair and the top drawer had what looked like a leaked moisturiser or something but they clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. It’s a shame as if it wasn’t for this we would have given full star rating because it is a lovely place to stay. Despite this we would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Margaret River again in the future.
