Location and general cleanliness.

We specifically wanted two bathrooms and adjusted our initial search accordingly. The property description quoted 'two bathrooms" twice. However, upon arrival we discovered one bathroom and one separate toilet. There was only one small AC unit in the lounge and no AC elsewhere in the property. Totally inadequate. The TV would intermittently lose signal.

Very convenient location - the property is on a street that is parallel to the main street, and is walking distance to grocery store(s) and eat-out places, including the Margaret River Bakery on Main Street. (highly recommended)

The listing sounded like there was ongoing to be one ensuite bathroom with the "master bedroom" and another bathroom to be shared by the 2nd and 3 bedrooms. In fact there is a total of one bathroom (not ensuite) and a separate closet toilet (without a sink) for the entire apartment.
