Eden Villa, with jacuzzi and ocean view

Wir wurden herzlich von Melissa empfangen, die uns persönlich die Villa übergeben und alles erklärt hat. Auch die weitere Kommunikation per Whats App war total unkompliziert. Die Villa war in einem sehr guten Zustand, alles sehr sauber, der Pool und der Whirpool waren einfach super. Wir waren total begeistert von der Villa und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Lage war für uns auch perfekt, zwei Restaurants sind im Ort, der Strand nur die Straße runter. Dazu im Umkreis von 100 km viele schöne Ziele zu erreichen (Peniche, Berlenga, Lissabon, Sintra, Cascais, Bathalha, Obidos).

The Eden Villa exceeded our expectations for a home away from home. The villa is nestled in a very serene and picturesque area, yet, within minutes of walking we had access to quaint restaurants, cafes and an amazing beach. We were very impressed with how well maintained the property was. It was very clean and comfortable and the open concept makes it very spacious. The property is well furnished, in particular, the kitchen was well furnished with ample necessities.

From start to finish everything was easy and straightforward. My family and I stayed at this villa before and enjoyed it even more this time. There is so much to do both at the villa and the nearby areas. We absolutely loved it!!!

I absolutely loved this villa because it's a perfect blend of luxury and privacy with clean spacious rooms, comfortable bedding and a beautiful private swimming pool. With a fully equipped kitchen and a great open space area with TV, the villa is in a very tranquil and picturesque setting with sea view and the beach is only a few hundred metres away. The roof top has a spectacular view and I really enjoyed several sessions in the jacuzzi which were very relaxing. I will certainly go back some time in the future for my holidays.

I loved this villa. The pictures truly reflect the beauty of the property. It was fully equipped and had everyrhing we needed. The location was excellent. The area was tranquil and peaceful and only a super short walk to the beach, cafe and amazing restaurants. There's even a really cool bar/nightclub. The rooftop was gorgeous and we enjoyed many sunsets from there. The beds were comfy and the family enjoyed the space. The pool was great - good size and very clean. We will definitely be back.

The property was exceptional. The area was up and coming but within Easy uber distance of everything. The host was welcoming and accommodating. The pool and the games area and communal areas and kitchen facilities were great.

The memory foam mattresses were not to our taste but that is such a personal thing.

Niewygodne materace Brudna woda w basenie, wyglądało jakby filtr wody nie działał na odpowiednim poziomie. Woda w porównaniu z sąsiednimi basenami znacząco różniła się kolorem i dno nie było przejrzyste. Parasol przy basenie był popsuty.

Beautiful villa! Would recommend for people of a large group. Staff were so nice and helpful

Town is small and remote, still beautiful but recommend renting a car if you want to travel to other towns

Modern house with great facilities - lovely sheltered pool area, well equipped kitchen and dining area, plenty of activities on site (pool, table tennis, table football…) and all very clean and fresh. We were a party of 10 and there was plenty of space for us all! Laurent, our host, was excellent, with plenty of tips for an enjoyable stay, including local attractions and places to eat. The village the house is located in was quite small and very quiet. The beach was lovely, though the sea was quite rough (the Atlantic coast is a haven for surfers!) There are lots of lovely places to visit nearby (Ericeira and Areia Branca would be our recommendations) and Sintra and Lisbon are possible as day trips, so a hire car is important.

The property had something for everyone. The kids loved the hot tub, pool and games room. It was a brilliant size for the whole group to have their own space.

There was a motor running throughout the evening that was quite loud and made it a bit difficult to sleep in the evenings (just on the lowest floor), and the mattresses were so-so. Otherwise, everything great!
