La casa è davvero fantastica, curata nei minimi dettagli. Lucia è una persona gentile e disponibile che fa di tutto per farti sentire a casa. Questo è un luogo ideale se si vuole scappare dal caldo della città, infatti anche se fuori durante il giorno fa caldo la casa è sempre a una temperatura ideale, sembra che ci sia accesa l'aria condizionata!! Inoltre la posizione è comoda perché in 10 minuti si arriva a Sulmona dove ci sono anche supermercati aperti H24 e in mezzora si raggiungono dei posti dove fare escursioni o paesi da visitare. Infine la sera il giardino si illumina con delle luci davvero suggestive ed il barbecue è stato davvero apprezzato. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Beautiful building and setting, friendly animals.

A serious noise problem, and a host who broke her word about a refund. It wasn't apparent from the listing that the villa is actually a downstairs apartment in a two-story home - the host family lives upstairs. We had real problems with noise from upstairs - chairs scraping and bumping loudly on the floor, things rolling, as late as midnight (the floors are tile and the noise carries through the ceilings of the bedrooms). My wife couldn't sleep through the noise. We spoke to the host the second evening - she apologized for the noise, said they'd never had problems before, explained that it was from her children and that she couldn't "keep them in a cage". We told her that we wanted to leave to find other accommodations - she agreed and said we were authorized to call Booking for a refund. We left the next morning (after two nights out of our four-night stay) and moved elsewhere, leaving the villa clean and neat. I contacted Booking via email and phone, and requested a refund for the two unused nights. I did not request any repayment for the two nights we actually stayed. Booking emailed the property owner... and they tell me that she refused the refund and that they can't do anything other than offer a small good-will payment (about 10% of what we were due). This was one of the most expensive (per night) bookings in our trip to Italy. I had expected it to be the high point of the trip. It turned out to be one of the lowest. Being refused a refund (which the owner said we could have) adds salt to the wound. I would never go back there.

The accommodation: The apartment is spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, each with double and single beds, and 2 bathrooms. There is also an additional enclosed sleeping area for kids or more guests. The Villa is perfect for a family stay with kids. The host lives on the upper floor, and communication is perfect. The surroundings There is a fully equipped barbeque, parking spaces, and fantastic mountain views. The owner has lovely dogs and a friendly cat. It is a perfect base for exploring the area or a ski trip.

There was nothing to dislike, but be aware that a car is a must to access the property and do shopping. Italian breakfasts are based mainly on sweet cakes, which may not suit everyone. Limited natural light enters the bedrooms.

Friendly welcoming owners, very beautiful location, convenient access to main road (private country setting, but not lost in nowhere), cute greeting committee of friendly dogs and cats, amazing patio, big comfortable space.

Everything was great

A wondeful accomodation to enjoy everything that beatiful Abruzzo has to offer! The amazing uninterrupted surrounding mountain views from the windows and the garden. The pretty decoration of the house and the terrace and effort into every detail. The kitchen equiped with anything you need for self cateted holliday, and the warm and helpfull hosts. This is a perfect location. Fair prices too.

The only minus was no wifi

Spacious and tidy with a nice breakfast from the family. Good location for all the surrounding national parks.

Wonderful place and location. The hosts amazing. You can’t ask for a better place to relax after skiing/snowboarding.
