Villa Golf y Mar

The villa had everything. Great Villa for 9 people, plenty of space and a lovely size pool for the family to swim. Not up to going out there is plenty of sun beds to get a great tan. Just a brisk 5 minute walk to the bus stop and a 7 minute walk to the taxi rank.

Nothing much to dislike.

Lots of space inside and out with a lovely pool. Lots of shops and easy access to all the main routes.

The property is under a flight path so can be a little noisy during the day, you do get used to it and they do stop at night so don’t affect your sleep.

Good location, privacy at the yard, heated pool was real nice and deep enough, nice layout, all needed equipment were there (hair dryer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster), good set of kitchenware etc., nice pergola, very nice beds, extra blankets (which we didn’t need). There was always parking space in front of the house. Owner was very polite and helpful even in golf related things. If you are a golfer, Amarilla Golf is only approximately 500 meters from the house, and it’s a real nice course. You can see the 18th tee box from the house. Also Golf del Sur is not very far, and it was also very nice. Public transportation is very easy to use. Plenty of nice restaurants in a walking distance. And a grocery store is also very near.

Great house for the family. We all loved the pool area. Clean pool with a lovely temperature to enjoy all hours of the day. 3 bathrooms with showers was very convenient. Social area downstairs was great for evening conversations.

The only minus would be the frequency of airplanes coming in since it’s quite close to the airport, however the surrounding area around the house was very quiet and peaceful. We all slept well at night.

Luis was an excellent host. His communication before our stay meant we knew exactly what we were doing, with clear directions to his villa. He met us and gave us a thorough tour of the property and also provided restaurant recommendations. Very helpful.

The only thing worth noting is that the villa is on the flight path to Tenerife South Airport. The noise is a minor issue in the scheme of things but just so other guests are aware.

Everything in that villa was perfect. We really enjoy with friends and kids. And the owner is very kind and helpfull. The location of villa are also very good.

Pool and bbq area was great. House was spacious, clean and very well equipped and air conditioning in all rooms was invaluable. Bedlinen and towels were changed half way through stay - pool towels provided as well as bathroom towels. Youngest son loved downstairs seating area and effective wifi and adults enjoyed great stock of books which we added to when we left. Villa well positioned for airport, restaurants, bars golf and nearby towns. Owner Luis and his wife were quick to answer any queries and went above and beyond to provide great service - even did a small shop for us as we were arriving after shops closed.

Fridge a little small for 8 people. Didn't use roof space as this was covered. Only 6 sunbeds at pool area although there was another on roof area. 2nd double room quite small but adequate as not much time spent in room

The villa was excellent, it had air-conditioning in every room. The bed linen, towels and beach towels were changed weekly. 2 Bathrooms and an ensuite. The showers were hot all the time they never ran cold. Large TV and free Wi-Fi. Kitchen was fully equipped. All areas were exceptionally clean. Outside - the pool was cleaned regularly.There was plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, table, chairs and BBQ. Luis the owner showed us round and explained everything and was very helpful with suggestions re taxis and places to eat/visit.

The pool isn't suitable for young children as it doesn't have a shallow end.
