Haus an der Lieser

Die Ausstattung des Hauses war super. Ruhig am Hang mit grosser Terasse und gepflegten Garten gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann bestens empfohlen werden.

Deze locatie is een absolute aanrader, wat een prachtig en goed onderhouden huis! We werden persoonlijk en erg vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren en namen de moeite om een korte rondleiding te geven door het gehele huis wat echt groter is dan ik had gedacht! Alle 5 slaaapkamers waren mooi, schoon en absoluut heerlijk stil om te vertoeven. De badkamers waren alle drie gewoon nieuw en het gehele huis was perfect en comfortabel ingericht. Wij kwamen met een grote aanhanger met 5 motoren aangereden en konden de motoren binnen in de garage die onder het huis zit heel veilig parkeren, wat een luxe!

Large, modernized and a very clean property located in a quiet part of Spittal An Der Drau, close to the town center and near the Lieser stream below. 2-3 cars can park inside the fenced area in front of the house while another 2-5 cars can park right outside and opposite the property entrance gate at the cozy dead end street. Ample and fully equipped kitchen, living room and the deck next to the living room that can easily contain 10+ people, downstairs cellar area with washing machine and garage provide more than enough storage space for bicycles and other equipment. Excellent Southbound views to the Goldeck mountain range and Westward to the Höhe Tauern mountains from most of the house´s rooms as well as from the outside deck and the garden .
