Peaceful location. Plenty of outside space. Well kept grounds. Exceptionally attentive and helpful hosts. Good location for Palermo and north-west Sicily.

The cutlery drawer could do with reviewing - some sharp knives, and ordinary dinner knives as well as steak knives. But these are very small issues.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Auch wir haben zum Frühstück einmal Croissants auf dem Tisch gehabt. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen braucht. Es hat sich an nichts gefehlt. Diese Unterkunft kann man wirklich bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Le calme et la proximité avec les lieux d’intérêts. La serviabilité et la discrétion des propriétaires avec … des pâtisseries offertes à notre 4eme jour et l’entretien de la piscine journalier. La magnifique propriété et piscine. Maison bien équipée avec climatisation dans chaque pièce. Cuisine extérieure et barbecue.

Quasi rien, il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine mais c’est un détail.

The house was in such a quiet location, so peaceful, with fantastic views of the mountains and the sea. We liked the security and privacy provided by the electric gates and excellent screening. The pool was wonderful - very clean and a perfect temperature, we swam in it several times a day. The weather was brilliant when we were there, over 30 degrees most of the time, and we couldn't have managed without the pool, it was an essential part of our stay. The owners have really created a beautiful property, the gardens are landscaped so nicely and with plenty of different outside spaces to sit in and eat in. We found the wi-fi completely reliable and the air conditioning excellent. Loads of storage space in the bedrooms and comfortable beds. And having two bathrooms was a real luxury! The kitchen had sufficient cooking utensils, cutlery and pans, good coffee machine and a kettle all of which we appreciated. Not least of all the owner emptied the trash and cleaned the pool twice during the week, each time bringing us croissants!

Just a couple of small things - the TV is positioned a bit awkwardly for watching, although it didn't bother us as we watched movies on our iPad. We would have liked more mugs as there was only one. (Lots of smaller coffee cups but us English tea-drinkers like a proper mug of hot tea!) Could the central light in the living room be a warmer bulb? It's the only light and with the blue walls the room can be rather dark and not a nice place to sit or prepare meals in. But we realise the villa is all about outdoor living so this is just a small comment.

The property was located in a beautiful rural area which was peaceful and relaxing. It was extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean with a fantastic pool. The owners were extremely welcoming and would clean the pool every other day before we had woken and would leave fresh pastries for our breakfast which was a pleasant surprise and a very kind gesture.

Everything was perfect!

A beautiful villa, with an amazing view of the mountains, and to the sea. A short drive into Castellamare del Golfo or Scopello with supermarkets nearby. The villa had everything we needed and more. Lots of areas to relax and also the fantastic pool. It was exactly as advertised, and our hosts were extremely kind and ensured we had everything we needed. The pool was cleaned early morning, every few days too. This villa was a beautiful place to spend our holiday and we would love to go back again in the future.

My husband has a disability which affects his general mobility. The villa was perfect for his needs and all of our own requirements. We enjoyed the quiet environment and lovely views with ease to travel to services as we required. A car is essential. The house is very well equiped, clean and comfortable.The air conditioning was very quiet too. The owners were also very prompt to help with any issues we had. Mainly our fault! We were also surprised by Franco with some early morning treats on some mornings. Thank you!

We loved our time at the villa. No issues were highlighted by any of the family.
