Casa Pricas

We enjoyed this property. The yard, the cleanliness, the house are of a high level of comfort. We are grateful we managed to stay there.

Upon arrival we weren't able to take a bath due to hot water outage. Being after a long trip, with kids, it was a pretty annoying discomfort for us. The host tried his best to fix it at the telephone, but the issue was more complicated. He apologized with the words that the first night of the stay would be refunded because of the issue and it will be fixed the next day. He kept a half of his promise, the part with refund was never done. As of me, charging pretty high prices should come along with facilities check before each check-in. Or at least to keep your word.

Large rooms with lots of light. Kitchen space and facilities are great. Inner yard is beautiful and well maintained.

The parking space is narrow for two cars, also keep in mind there is another house on the property. Also, the access to the main road is a bit tight and it could be challenging to get in/out if there is traffic. Additionally, the proximity to main road means that traffic noise at times (even late at night, after 10pm) could be an issue.

The house was very clean and well equipped. The yard is big and beautiful. The grill also well equipped. Everything was comfortable. The host very kind and welcoming and every time prompt. Thank you.

Stay for 2 nights 26-28 oct 22. A wonderful experience in moieciu de jos. The house is very clean, very comfortable and the facilities are sufficient. A nice, large backyard for kids to play, with a nice BBQ area. The location is great not far from a lovely small town of Moieciu de Jos We had a great stay in Casa Pricas. The staff is very accommodating. Great service by the host, Mr Razvan Palagia and Bibir Garbacea. We lost a bunch of memory cards and the host is kind enough to assist us to locate it. They are kind enough to try to search for the memory card even though it is still missing. (Most of our memory in Romania embedded inside it 😭). Definitely 10/10 for location, facilities and the service given by the host.

Great place, clean, has everything that one needs to make a decent meal, big outdoor place and very welcoming hosts.
