Luxury Villa Bianca by Holiday Rental Madeira

Het is een geweldig fantastisch huis! Lekker ruim opgezet! Schoon. Heerlijke bedden. Van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken had ook al benodigdheden om lekker te koken. Zwembad fantastisch en het uitzicht is echt adembenemend. Je hebt echt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen op het eiland. Wij hadden heel goede deal met de auto bij Sixt in Funchal centrum.

Als je wat minder diep slaapt. Kan je wel wat enige overlast hebben van het verkeerd en de blaffende honden.

Perfect! Pool heating extra, but worth it.

Great stay in this Villa. It’s all exactly as it looks and how you would imagine a first class Villa to be. Lovely pool perfect for late afternoons after days out in beautiful Madeira. Kitchen is perfect, had more utensils and equipment than we have at home. Sofa area is lovely and comfortable for a night in front of the massive tv. Bedrooms and shower rooms are perfect too. But the best thing about this Villa is the view across Arco do Calheta and out to sea from the outside area and pool, especially in the early evenings.

This is a new, well-equipped villa with magnificent views, a cozy veranda and a barbecue. The villa fully met our expectations.

The villa is not suitable for remote work, there was no soap in the bathrooms.

No decent restaurants in walking distance. Bit just a 10 min drive into Calheta and there are lots of options

This is a great Villa - you have an amazing view on the village and the ocean. Pool is great. Rooms are nice, 70-80’‘ TV, big Garage. Quality furniture in the pool area.

It could have been a bit cleaner - we had to wash all dishes and cutlery on arrival because here and there were some stains and dust. But we have to admit that we were able to check-in earlier than reserved, so there wasn‘t maybe enough time. We also had some ants in and around the bin - you have to dispose the trash almost daily, otherwise they will be on the kitchen. However, it sounds worse than it acutally is.

The A/C unit didn’t work in one of the rooms when reported I was told they had ordered the part and it was going to be like that. They should have mentioned it previous to my arrival. The pool… oh the pool! I booked this property just for the pool I was traveling with a 2 year old a 10 year old and an 83 year old the goal was to use the pool after a day of adventuring through the island. A week before arrival I was offered the pool to be heated for 50 euros per day, my stay was for 7 days and they told me I had to pay for all 7 days of heating (I was planing on only doing it for 4 days due to the price) I accepted the charge and payed also was told I had to pay before I arrived (now I know why) when I got there they said the pool heater was on for 3 days previous to my arrival. the pool was freezing maybe 68f/20c degrees. The next day I told them the water was very cold and they just told me “if the heater wasn’t on it was going to be colder” that I had to wait for the sun to come out to help it get it a bit warmer (I think the property manager is new at doing this renting). I’ve been a pool contractor for 15 years in Miami and know how pool equipment works, the where turning off the heater at night and that never let the water to get warm. beware of this if you are going to rent this property for the pool at the same price range there are many options like this house and even cheaper. I’ll attach a picture of the pool thermometer they had in it. and that was on the warmest most sunny day of my stay. I visited in june…

We liked the view and the rooms. Beautiful surroundings and clean facilities

The staff wasn’t very welcoming and when we said would be a ten minutes late they made us wait over 45 minutes outside of the house.

Villa located next to a small road - sometimes when big truck passing by it is not nice. extra payment for heating up the pool.
