Sand & Sea Private Pool Villa Agia Anna

The pool is lovely, the kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you need to cook or prepare food. Super friendly host. Walking distance from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach.

Amazing place - pool was fantastic - close to beach, restaurants and shops but 5 minutes walk meant that you were away from the crowds - best of all worlds. Villa was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. Great combination of outdoor and indoor spaces. Absolutely loved it!

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach,shops and restaurants of Agia Anna. The villa was pristine, well decorated and with a good amount of outdoor space around the pool. The covered outdoor seating area was great for a bit of shade during the day and for chilling outside in the evening. The owners were very kind and helpful - on arrival there was a huge bowl of fruit, wine, biscuits and water provided. Also, unlike other villas where we have stayed, they provided basic cooking items such as olive oil.

It is difficult to find any fault with this lovely villa! There could have been a sharper knife for cooking but that’s about it.

Beautiful clean spacious villa with a great location only a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. The owner Anastasia was very nice and made sure everything was perfect for my family's stay there. The villa was very cozy and also had a great quiet backyard with a private pool which made it a great place to relax after a long day at the beach. There was also a rooftop lounge area which was a great place to watch the beautiful Naxos sunset. I would strongly recommend this villa and cannot wait to come back next year!

Wonderful location a short stroll to beaches, cafes and bars. Impeccably clean & comfortable, well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. it was perfect for our young family. The pool was gorgeous too. The team looking after the property were very helpful and even shared some fresh produce from their garden.

The villa was truly beautiful and exactly how it was described on booking.com. All the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard, and there was a lovely outside area and rooftop. The host was very accommodating and kind, and really went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. The villa is in a perfect location, about a 7 minute walk from a lovely beach and lots of restaurants and shops. I would 100% recommend staying here!

The only small detail would be to have some wine glasses in the kitchen but other than that everything was perfect.

Beautifully designed villa. Decent size pool, very private and comfy sunbeds. Located short walk away from Agia Anna, the bus stop to town and Plaka and Prokopios beaches.
