Villa Armonia

Het huis is schitterend gelegen met prachtige uitzichten over de vallei en tussen de olijfbomen. Het is erg authentiek en typisch Toscaans. De tuin is heerlijk en het zwembad erg leuk. Zo rustig. De streek is bijzonder mooi en zelfs na 3 weken verblijf blijft er nog veel te ontdekken. We keren dus terug! Rosanna was onze gastvrouw en heeft ons alles verteld over de streek en ons prima geholpen met praktische dingen. Dankjewel! Ik mis nu al onze gesprekken en ons glaasje 's avonds.

Ein typisch italienisches Steinhaus in den Bergen, welches vor einigen Jahren saniert und ausgebaut wurde. Charmant wehen die Spuren früherer Bewohner noch durch die Räume. Die Auffahrt von Lucca ist über mehrere Dörfer schmal und kurvenreich und wird belohnt mit einem großartigen Blick über das Land sowohl aus dem Haus als auch vom Grundstück aus. Der Pool und das sehr große Grundstück mit wunderbaren Olivenbäumen waren sehr gepflegt. Das Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig am Waldesrand und man hört den Gesang der Zikaden. Die reizende Vermieterin und Besitzerin Rosanna wohnt gleich neben an, ist für alle Anfragen sehr hilfreich und gab uns sehr gute Empfehlungen für Essen und Ausflüge in der näheren Umgebung. Die Fotos und Beschreibung stimmten mit dem wie wir es vorgefunden haben genau überein. Alle Fenster haben Insektenschutz!

Keine Kritik aber weitere Liegen auf dem Grundstück wären schön.

Een fantastische locatie met veel ruimte, waar we in alle rust onze vakantie konden vieren. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig en Rosanna is een geweldige gastvrouw. Ze liet ons met rust, maar was ook goed bereikbaar wanneer nodig. Ook haar tips over restaurants e.d. waren heel waardevol. Het huis ligt bovenin de bergen en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. De weg ernaartoe is prima te rijden. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis om Toscane te verkennen. Binnen 10 minuten rijden is een goed restaurant te vinden.

Villa Armonia is in a fantastic location that takes you away from the hustle of the local towns. The views across the valley give you that real feel of getting away. The star of the show has to be the host, Rosanna. A great lady, full of joy and makes you feel at home & very welcome in a truly authentic, spacious house. There are some great places to visit locally and restaurants to suit all tastes (as recommended by Rosanna).

The house and the grounds are beautiful. The property sits not too high up on a mountain and commands a great mountain view along with the small valley below. I for one do not enjoy driving through mountain roads with their stretches of single lanes and sharp curves. That is why I was glad to see that getting to the property only took a few minutes. The other great thing about the property is its location within Tuscany. The great city of Lucca is only a 20 minute drive away. Pisa is also close as well as other great locations well within a short drive. For those who prefer to just relax and take in some time by the pool, there is a very well stocked grocery store nearby where there is a variety of great meat and produce. We bought some stuff to bbq on the grill that is also provided and had a great dinner outside on the porch.

Really nothing bad to say regarding the property.

A generous slice of Paradise The owner of this fantastic property let it slip that a visitor described it as ‘a taste of paradise’. My description is more effusive. The property details list the facilities; however, these cannot fully reveal the emotions and feel of the house. The views are incredible from the various terraces. The house is absolutely stunning and is an example of a genuine Tuscan residence. We found everything about our stay superlative and can recommend this amazing place without reservation.

Rosanna offers a beautiful house with a private pool, many dining options, a lovely shaded area by the pool and olive trees, or underneath the terrace outside the house next to the bbq. Rosanna takes enormous care of her house as you can see from the photos, magnificent interior, you feel very comfortable and it is very spacious with 2 bathrooms/toilets. The house stays very cool in the hot weather.

We loved everything!

Isolated location on top of a hill in beautiful tuscany. Wonderful friendly host rosanna that helped whenever we needed it, but also left us alone to celebrate our holidays

Villa Armonia is in a superb location with breath taking views. Accommodation is well equipped and spacious inside and out. 3 outside eating areas 2 with cover, 3rd open sun when you want. Pool very welcoming on warm days to cool off. Rosanna (owner) can recommend places to go to eat and places of interest. Rossana met us with the keys and showed us round property. She is a great resource to call upon. Always was available via telephone to assist if required. Property is highly recommended.
