Villa Ramos Uno

Great location, great villa , great value

Would have been useful to have cups, plates , cutlery etc in the downstairs kitchen for bbq use, eating by the pool.

Location of villa, pool and patio area and overall privacy of the property. Great sun rises looking from the balcony.

Standard of furnishings poor and lack of seating in the sitting rooms.

The location was excellent as well as the villa itself rooms were all very spacious and the pool a delight. All the facilities whether you wanted to eat in the villa were more than adequate, or walk to the local restaurants and bars. The resort is very quiet and is a busy marina during the day, generally the restaurants start to close down at 10:30 when the eaters have left. You can walk or catch the water bus, to the bigger resort where there is more late entertainment and a taxi back is about €7.5..

The location of the villa was not where you would expect and is found through a gate down another road. Not a problem once found.

Furniture very tired and tatty. Instructions need up dating. No cover on mattress and pillows. Needs a serious deep clean.

Beautiful position with lovely views. Pool good and cleaned regularly. Sheets and towels changed twice during our stay. Large selection of restaurants at the marina only a five minute walk from the villa

The furniture is a little tired. There are not many mugs or cutlery for the number of people. There is not a lot to do in the immediate area. The nearest beach in reality is a drive away as the local beach is very small and just a cove.

little dated very cold pool showers need replacing lacking essentials table settings jug,placemats ect extra bedding uncomfortable mattresses if all these small requests were addressed the villa would be fantastic

clean, peaceful and beautiful view. also enough space for seven people
