Wunderschöne antike Bungalows. Die ganze Anlage gleicht einem Freilichtmuseum. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr sehr gut und nur zu empfehlen. Die Bungalows sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und die Lage ist traumhaft. Sonnenuntergang direkt vor der Anlage. Nur zu empfehlen.

It was a truely exceptional location. We loved are little wooden houses with the wonderful view to the garden and pool. The staff and the Ambiente was wonderful.

The breakfast could be a bit more variety but overall sufficient for a quick start

loved the hut, the bathtub and the historic aspects of the facilities. the community involvement and shelter were a wonderful way to see citizens in action. and the sunsets were spectacular!

communication about the night routine for the mosquitoes. When we arrived after sunset the nets around our bed were not put down. the intricate cut outs on the wall in the bedroom should have screens as they do in the bathroom.

Fantastic place, you can feel real Malaysia in ancient houses hearing all voices of nature. House White Frangipani was wonderful. Very tasty food in the restaurant. Helpful and nice staff.

Returning for our fourth time was an absolute delight. The lagoon is heaven for us as birdwatchers and the staff do all they can to ensure guests have the best experience. From a warm welcome to fresh fruit and iced water delivered with a smile when enjoying the pool area. The Nam restaurant serves the most delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the Laksa on the lunch menu and in the evening the fillet steak on the most wonderful jus and mustard alioli is a must. Food & Drink are a reasonable price too as is the accommodation. We always stay in Blue Ginger, one of the smallest of the houses, but it's more than adequate space wise for two people. The outside terrace with bath tub is great for nature watching too being surrounded by the most amazing trees. Large black tree squirrels and hornbills were just a couple of fun sightings. In conclusion Bon Ton is a magical place. Absolutely perfect for a relaxing stay. If you like cats and dogs it's a further treat. Bon Ton is situated 20/25 min walk from Pantai Cenang if you fancy a stroll into town.

The children all got cuts on their feet from the swimming pool. All three children had bleeding feet. The call to prayer should be recognised on the website. It went off at 0540 every morning and was very loud. Then again at 0600.

I love the environment and the pool area. The restaurant is lovely and the service is top class!

Maybe some earplugs would be welcome. Apart from this, all was wonderful.

Truly a special experience staying in a 160 year old Malaysian house with original decor and furniture. Very helpful staff. Excellent food. Highly recommended. Lovely cats adorn the property and the animal sanctuary next door well worth a visit. We bought cat and dog food from Cat Story pet store with our hire car and helped walking the dogs but we are animal lovers

As the rooms are original there are openings for example in the walls and windows which whilst making this an authentic experience it also means the A/C has little cooling effect. Also noise can be an issue with sleeping. ear plugs may help a little but if your noise sensitive this could be an issue.
