Villa Ramos Dos

The location to the shops and restaurants were amazing. 5 mins walk. Villa location was lovely and quiet. Bus stop was about 10min walk and 2 stops you are in Puerto del Carmen.

We had an issue with the WiFi, which wasn't a massive deal however we then all had to spend money on data totalling £80 between us all. My son has severe peanut allergy so it was important we had access to internet for Google translate when cooking food at home.

Location and communication was excellent. The accommodation is spacious and the pool is lovely.

You could do with a few more wine glasses!

I absolutely loved the villa, the pool was fantastic and heated.....was just 5min walk to restaurants and shops......... everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay we will definitely be back again for sure.

The only thing I would recommend is there could be more towels provided.

Very dated and old furniture, not entirely clean, we was only a party of 2 however the downstairs part of the villa was not made up at all still dirty sheets on the bed and bathroom not cleaned. This did not bother us too much but it’s not what you’d expect. Cupboards had a horrible smell once opened. Uncomfortable beds. Pool was only cleaned once during our stay and the towels only changed once. The day before leaving we called the agency for a later checkout and they was not able to accommodate, they did say we was able to use the pool area until 2pm, around 12:30 a very angry man (owner of the villa I assume) came shouting and getting aggressive telling us that he didn’t give the agents the authority to let us stay any longer and we had to leave immediately. A sad ending to a nice week.

Lovely good size villa. There was a whole apartment under the main villa, which we had access to, but didn’t use (didn’t need, just a family of 4 that used the three bedrooms). It has all the facilities that you would need. Nice private pool area. Agni provided excellent customer service.

The villas interior was a little dated, mattresses were a little thin, spare blankets could do with a wash and needs a chopping board! All minor points, and would definitely stop there again.

Ideal location for us as we were getting married in the hotel, 3mins walk away! Great for our kids.

Only downfall was limited taxis in this area to get around to Puerto Del Carmen if we wanted. We always needed 2 taxis for 5 of us 🤯
