Great location with a great view. A/C was very useful. The staff was welcoming and supportive.

The only issue I would point out is the lack of proper kitchen utensils - it was hard to prepare our meal in the kitchen with almost no knives and a poor selection of pots and pans.

rooms are definitively in need of repair and renovation, none of the light bulb worked but one, the shower door was missing, the bathroom could have been cleaned better as there was still sand from previous occupants, the door was difficult to close.

The only good characteristic of the premises is their location with the view (and, also, the host was polite).

1. The room was not clean and smelled awful, 2. There were cobwebs, 3. The equipment was old and dirty, 4. There were provided rusks that had expired.
