The villa was lovely and spacious. Beautiful view of the sea. Close to Piedimonte Etneo town, for supermarket and a few restaurants.

No WiFi which was inconvenient. The house is on a main road and the traffic was noisy.

The outdoor area and the view are very nice and well kept. Although you can hear traffic and workers in the nursery in front, it was not too loud to be a bother. Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and spacious. Overall we were very comfortable in the house and even with a large garden which could lead to other properties, it is quite safe.

The driveway in front of the gate is quite small and dark, which makes it a bit dangerous to stop and open the gate in the evenings. Fencing at the front of the outdoor area is minimal and workers in the nursery below are quite close. Our dog did not go near but an overly friendly/alert dog could easily go through. The bbq could do with an upgrade and we couldn't find certain small appliances such as a toaster. Certain cookware had to be cleaned well before use as it had oil/burnt food stuck to it.

Very comfortable, great with kids. We really enjoyed it there !

The gate is not too wide so if you have a big car it's a bit tricky to enter.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa. It had all the facilities we needed and Irina was a wonderful host who gave us some nice tips. We would recommend staying here when visiting Sicily! We traveled with our (young) child and the house had everything we needed.

It was already indicated in other reviews so we knew beforehand, but the road on which the villa is located is indeed quite busy and audible when sitting outside. Inside the house (with everything closed) we heard almost nothing though. For us, the road was not a problem.

Nice modern house in a great location near Etna. Views of the sea, and a wonderful garden full of flowers, with Swallowtail butterflies and Hummingbird hawk-moths.
