"The giant bugs ruined the last day and night."

The front desk staff were all great and helpful.

It was worn and a bit pricey but the worst part was a giant bug scurrying across the floor and then finding another one in the shower. I think it was a cockroach. Grossed out and couldnā€™t sleep. Told the manager and his staff said they are getting an exterminator in. (No compensation offered and no response from the manager).
