Ich spreche hier ausschließlich über Haus 30. Da mir die Servicebedingungen zwischen der Hausverwaltung und dem Eigentümer nicht bekannt sind, ist der folgende Text als Hinweis für zukünftige Besucher zu verstehen und nicht als Kritik am Vermieter. Negativ aufgefallen: Fehlende Grundausstattung: Es fehlten Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinentabs, Küchentücher und Lappen. Das mag unwichtig klingen, ist aber nach einer langen Anreise, besonders bei Ankunft nach 18:00 Uhr, ein Problem. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt schließt der einzige Laden in der Nähe, wo man diese Dinge kaufen könnte. Selbst auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption war es nicht möglich, diese Artikel zu erhalten. Daher empfiehlt es sich, diese Dinge entweder selbst mitzubringen oder gleich nach der Anreise zu besorgen. Quietschende Betten: Beim Hinlegen oder Aufstehen verursachen die Betten relativ laute Geräusche, die durch die Akustik des Hauses noch verstärkt werden.

Eine etwas alte Liege für aussehen ( die auch kaputt gegangen ist , und dass kein Restmüll Containern zugänglich wahren !

Spacious house with good view. It was about two minutes walk to the cable car.

- Internet was not working and took 4 days and several calls/emails to get a new internet router. Even the new internet router was very slow! - The fridge is very small not fit for a house of this size - Kitchen has no hood or exhaust fan! - Dishwasher soap dispenser was broken! - Toaster timer didn't work and it was burning the toast on all settings. - Garage door was not working and was repaired - Ground floor bathroom smelled The biggest problem was the ongoing construction works at the site. Construction trucks were passing in front of the house all day and noise and dust was filling the place.

Very clean, nice village location, well equipped and easy arrival/departure. Our stay was rated down due to construction noise as they are building new chalets (no notice from the resort owner about this). Without this, it would be 5 star review throughout.

Construction Noise

The location of apartment and the outdoor and partially a indoor design. According to the feedback of our husbands the electrical and heating devices or support was well constructed and also the furnishing of the apartment was quality designed.

The layout of apartment was not the same as it was promoted. We waited a house with two bathroom and instead of it we had only one.. For two family it is a stricly small but it was offered for 11 people but in the way that we had to use a living room as a bedroom also. So it was unpleasure for us. Not spoken about it a missing of oven.... that was the only one what we missed from the point of kitchen.
