Chalet Olympia

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind wunderschön und der Ausblick auf das Tal und die Berge ist überwältigend. Der Ort Neustift mit Läden und Restaurants ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Das Haus ist für einen Familienurlaub perfekt geeignet.

A very unique house, located in the most beautiful spot in Neustift im Stubaital, it is well ocupied with all the aminities for the family, the owner is nice and taking extream care of her beautiful house, the house is clean and beds are very comfortable, big windows with blackout shutters which makes your sleep very comfortable, there is washing machin & dryer for fee of 5€ for each load, the road leads to the house is steap a little bit and needs extra attention, but that was ok not a big deal, the dinning room has a great view on the beautiful vally, there is BBQ in the beautiful garden with breathtaking view on the vally, you can use and we enjoyed that facility as well , but pay attention that the owner comes to water her flowers in the upstairs balcony, for us it was ok but maybe some families will not accept that maybe for some privacy reasons etc... we will repeat this experince again in this wonderful property.. finaly we would like to thank the owner Renate for her hospitality.

Spacious, bright house on the mountain with normal sound insulation. There is parking for up to 3 cars with charging of electric vehicles and a garage with a workbench for skis. There is a small garden with a table and barbecue. We had a great vacation!

Some pillows require replacement, the insides are already lumpy. For convenience and better waste sorting, it would be good to add several small trash cans in the kitchen for different types of packaging, not only in the garage.
