"Wonderfull excellent and goog experience"

We lost data connection as as everything was done electronically, we struggled to get in the room. Fortunally the very friendy and helpful landlady assisted by providing the wifi password and we get the code then

An un-hosted property. Code sent by HUSWELL, the off-site management company, was wrong and I couldn't get in my room. Two plus hours with the support desk and their only reply was to use the code I was given! No help, no suggestions, no options, no acknowledgment of the problem, no acceptance of responsibility, no follow-up the next day, no apology, no response to second email. Recommend avoiding un-hosted properties using HUSWELL as the management company.
