Chalé com Piscina em Guaratiba- Prado

O local é bom bem tranquilo lugar de paz com piscina ao ar livre .

No dia que estávamos na casa faltou energia , a água estava com uma cor estranha e o cheiro bem forte .

The property was spacious and the hammocks was a nice touch. It had a lovely veranda area to sit. It was fairly close to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet.

The property needs a lot of maintenance. One room constantly smelled because the drainage pipes were broken outside of the window. Both showers needed a thorough cleaning and one toilet has a water leak. Mattress needs an upgrade. They had enough cooking ware except for glass and eating bowls, Although it was old, it was acceptable but what upset us was the majority was very dirty. But although we have a lot of complaints, it was a good value for money and enjoyed our stay.

The state of the house, but in defens they are going to reform the bungalow. The owner gave us some privileges, we were very happy with this and gave us some composation.
