- الإطلالة استثنائية و رائعة - مرافق كاملة و تجهيز فوق الوصف - ستجد كل شيء تحتاجه و كل شيء لا تحتاجه 🙂 - المطبخ نظيف جداً و تجهيزاته مذهلة - غرفة غسيل الملابس اكثر من ممتازة - غرفة المعدات الرياضية تفي بالغرض و أكثر - حجم و سعة الشاليه و عدد غرفة رائعة - الواقع أجمل من الصور بكثييييييير - سهولة تسجيل الدخول

- كحال اغلب شاليهات المنطقة لا يوجد تكييف يوجد فقط مراوح لتلطيف المكان . - وجود شباك العنكبوت في بعض الأماكن المتفرقة - ارضية الشرفات تحتاج إلى تنظيف بسيط - تصريف أماكن الاستحمام للمياه سيء جداً جداً - اماكن الاستحمام يطفوا فيها شعر من النزلاء السابقين و بعض الحشرات - نوعية الصابون و الشامبو في دورات المياه متوسطة الجودة - الوسائد غير مريحة ابداً و الأسرة متوسطة الراحة - يصعب الوصول للموقع عن طريق برنامج الخرائط - وجود شخص ساكن في جناح معزول اسفل الشاليه مع أن الحجز كان مكتوب فيه " الشاليه بالكامل " ، و لكن تم تبرير وجوده بأنه يعمل في الصيانة و سيكون وجوده هادئ و غير مؤثر ، و مع ذلك استضاف عائلة لمدة يومين و كانت اصواتهم مزعجة صباحاً و جلوسهم في الحديقة لم يوفر لنا الخصوصية كما كنا نطمح . - الشركة التي تقوم بصيانة حديقة الشاليه استخدموا مكائن قص العشب في وقت مبكر من الصباح و كانوا مزعجين جداً - احدى السيدات من فريق التنظيف لم تكن مهذبة ابداً و دخلوا الشاليه أثناء وجودنا فيه بحجة تأخرنا في الخروج 15 دقيقة ( من حقهم محاسبتنا كما يريدون على كل دقيقة في التأخير ، ولكن طريقة دخولهم و فظاظتهم غير مقبولة )

房子非常大，设施很新。厨房配备了所有必要的东西，我们每天做饭很方便。

The property was so well equipped with everything you need. There is so much space all the rooms are big with very comfortable beds and pillows. Loads of information left and lovely touch with the complimentary gift on arrival. The most incredible thing being the views, just breathtaking and the location was fantastic. Absolutely outstanding chalet and will defintley be returning to this chalet on our next trip

We loved the property - the rooms, living room, kitchen, fireplace and balconies were excellent. The view from the property was just stunning. We felt like we were in the clouds. It was perfect for a family of ten people. The host was always available on WhatsApp and call and supported us as and when required.

Carrying the bags up 50 steps was really painful. If the cleaning could be arranged during our stay - that would have helped.

The view from the chalet is spectacular. The place was beautifully furnished.

The over 40 steps up to the chalet was not easy for this brave group of seniors, but we managed somehow. There were no hand rails to assist at the bottom of the steps, and the hand rails at the top section of the steps are quite wobbly. The bathroom sharing situation was not ideal with the toilet totally separate from the shower room. The room on the second floor with the separate twin beds also had a very low ceiling - don't be surprised to have a few head bumps to nurse. And the bathroom in the masters has a very tiny sink; and although it had a bathtub, it was difficult to wash without splashing water all over the bathroom floor. We knew all this ahead of time though - so no surprises there. However, there should be a photo of the steps to give future guests an idea of what they will have to climb to get to the chalet. As well, there were no supplies as expected. We do not blame the owner since this should have been replenished by the previous guests. We did purchase some supplies to provide for the next set of guests. Please also update the instructions book to be consistent with the instruction board re where to leave the towels and sheets. We left these at the front entrance. We hope we did this correctly. Also note that the guest card can be filled out online now - no need to fill out the sheets as per the Swiss Information office. Despite the above "negatives", I would book the place again, which is why I am giving the chalet a perfect score of 10 !
