We spent a week at Villa Tina- it wasn't near long enough! The location is perfect- very conveniently located to a grocery store and a short distance outside of the main part of Santa Maria di Castellabte. The house and grounds are impeccably kept by Tina, who we saw every morning watering and tending to the garden. It is the most lush and serene place... lemon, lime and orange trees all around the pool, surrounded by vineyards and flowers of every color. The pool was amazing- we couldn't get the kids out of it, especially with the diving board! Tina did not speak english but showed her affection by leaving our family a bowl of white figs from her personal garden. On arrival there were a couple issues that needed assistance and Federica, the property manager responded very quickly and fixed both concerns immediately. My family hopes to return to this beautiful utopia one day soon!

The mattresses were hard and springy, and the bathrooms had a bit of a stale smell. Not a deal breaker by any means.
