Fantastic little cabin!! Milovaig is a gorgeous village, close to Glendale (also gorgeous), and only a 6 or 7 minute drive to Niest Point, which made it perfect for driving back to the warmth and comfort of the cabin after sunset there!! The cabin is exactly as described - small but perfectly formed!! Heidi has clearly gone to a lot of trouble to ensure all the touches are there to make the stay as comfortable as possible. From dressing gowns and slippers, to sheeps wool hot water bottles, and mugs with luxury hot chocolate and marshmallows! If you read the property description properly and come prepared with a bit of food for the evening (noting there isn't a full kitchen, but there is a hob top, microwave oven, kettle, toaster etc and crockery and cutlery to allow for some food preparation), then this is a very cosy place for a couple of nights in one of our favourite parts of Skye. We watched a gorgeous sunrise from the warmth and comfort of the cabin also, just to top it all off!! If you embrace the simple pleasures of life and want to experience the true essence of Skye then I think you'll absolutely love it here!!! I feel like a 2 night stay here should be on everyone's Skye itinerary!! Heidi also has a little shop there, which she opened for us upon our request. We made a couple of purchases that we're delighted with, and love that we're taking a little bit of Skye home with us!

The location of the property was unbelievable. We woke up in the morning to views that you can only dream of. Even though the weather wasn’t great for some reason it just seemed to enhance the views

The property had everything you needed, comfortable bed great views and a luxury hotel chocolate to die for. Plus the views

The WiFi was good given the very remote location

When booking the stay, there are only photos of the bothy on the edge of the property, and not the two additional vacancies, therefore we were quiet surprised when arriving since we did not have the view as expected. Additionally, the detergent that was used for washing sheets, towels etc. has such a strong smell of perfume, that it took over the entire room and I’ve gotten a rash from all of the perfume.

Le logement était exceptionnel, c'est un petit studio au milieu de nul part sur l'île de Skye avec tout le confort dont vous pouvez rêver pour vous sentir chez vous. Tout pour faire à manger, la vaisselle, des peignoirs des serviettes, une télé connectée... Merci encore pour le vin offert en guise de bienvenue. C'était exceptionnel.

Lovely little cabin. It’s a beautiful part of Skye. Everything was clean and well kept. Lots of extra towels which we appreciated. Would love to know what detergent they use because they smelled incredible 😂 The property was very easy to find with Google maps and also easy to access upon arrival. There was also a TV which has Netflix, Disney etc. was nice to watch on cold dark miserable nights :D

The location and the house. The owner, Heidi, was so helpful and kindness. We loved the goods she left to us, including a bottle of wine and a lovely card.

No have space for bags, but we knowed it before to go, and really, is not a big problem. We can't to see the northern lights...

Le logement était très propre et parfaitement équipé avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. La vue était tout simplement magnifique, et la literie très confortable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions, notamment la bouteille de vin et le chocolat chaud avec les marshmallows.

Este alojamiento es perfecto, precioso y con unas vistas inmejorables. En un entorno natural inigualable. Estuvimos encantados de pasar allí dos noches . El interior es precioso también, muy hogareño y con todo lo necesario. La anfitriona nos dejó un detalle muy bonito en la mesa, una botella de vino y una postal que la tendré de recuerdo. Gracias por la amabilidad.

Al igual un poco alejado de las zonas más turísticas, pero evidentemente compensa y si tienes coche , la distancia no es un problema.
