Very good central location to explore Devon. A Compact and comfortable Chalet nice and quiet with all the facilities. plenty of parking with local facilities within a short car journey. We will be using the 'Bumblebee' chalet again when we visit Devon.

The chalet was excellent, extremely clean and comfortable. The location was very peaceful. Dartmouth was a wonderful place to visit, as was Salcombe and Blackpool sands , and Slapton sands too. Loved it there.

I couldn't get the hot water to work, but it was OK as shower worked fine .

Spotlessly clean, chalet has absolutely everything you need, it was very quiet. Not overlooked by any other chalets and you can have your breakfast outside, or looking at the trees and wildlife in the morning in the sunshine. Neighbours polite and quiet too. We'll equipped kitchen. Lidl and Sainsburys just round the corner and Dartmouth itself very close so ideal location. Chalet at bottom of caravan park so away from any road noise and much more private. No washing machine but we washed necessary stuff in the sink as here for nearly 2 was, clothes horse in chalet and launderette in Dartmouth if you really need one. We just loved this place, Andy and Debbie really helpful with advice on where to visit and checking everything OK. Can't wait to go back. Dartmouth is a fabulous place to visit, near coastal paths and the town full of history and great shops and places to eat.

Nice and clean Warm and cosy

Communication from owners and suggestions where to visit if required. Quiet and comfortable accommodation with good facilities, short walk from parking place to chalet which is mostly flat. Convenient for Dartmouth shops but great care need to be taken on the main road if walking. A gate at the bottom of the car park takes you to the road and after a short nervous road walk a lane to the right takes you to Cotton and brings you to a new housing estate and after a short distance by Sainsbury's.

This chalet is in a quiet location so with the most comfortable bed I have ever laid on I slept for six nights undisturbed. Wonderful! There is no WiFi so no one could reach me! It's so relaxing not looking at a screen. Debbie was extremely prompt when I contacted her with a minor problem with the hot water and once she realized what I was doing wrong it was fixed immediately. I wasn't patient enough to wait for the hot water to come through. Duh! The accommodation was beautifully clean with everything you need and don't need for a fantastic break.

This isn't a fault with the property but my legs. I am disabled and the parking for a person with decent legs was a short walk, for myself on crutches it felt long after a day out.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and welcoming property owners. Nearby Dartmouth a great place to visit, loved the food festival, walk to castle and ferry ride back. Totnes also a great place to visit.

While the site is just 1 mile from Dartmouth there isn't a safe way to walk there. Great park and ride service however.

Great location. Very well serviced accommodation with lots of information about things to see and do.

Nothing to dislike, perhaps a more up-to-date tv for the occasional times I watched it.

Everything was just perfect, location, cleanliness. The hosts perfect also, very useful texts off Debbie on places to visit.
