2 Chalets Innsbruck

Quatrième fois que nous allons dans le même chalet. Tout y est comme nous l’adorons. Calme, vue, confort, repos,.. À coup sûr un coup de cœur!

Si je puis me permettre, un tonde plus régulière du jardin permettrait d’éviter la présence de tiques à certaines périodes de l’année. Je n’en ai pas la phobie, mais cela peu être gênant pour d’autres personnes. C’est vraiment le seul point à travailler.

The self check in instruction is extremely misleading and the host is very unresponsive, we got locked out of the house for nearly 3 hours.

The chalets were in the perfect location, so quite, I would highly recommend the chalets

Really nice location a bit outside the city but still close. The house is super cozy and really nice and clean with everything you would need for a mountain cabin.

The information via email could have been translated with AI to English, but a very minor thing.

Loved the location! Very quiet and private, surrounded by trees and with view on the mountains. On a hill above the city center but still very close (15 min drive). Nice bed and clean kitchen and bathroom. Very basic but you have everything you need.

The outdated furniture didn't bother me that much, it's a style choice. However, the doors and windows could use an upgrade. None of the doors close properly (you have to push or pull very hard). Also very limited storage space. (Being only 2, we managed by putting our clothes on the extra bed and we had our own boxes where we put food and other things in the kitchen). The house is big enough so an extra closet would be nice.

It's a nice smal cabin in a quiet part of town, close to a cable cart to go into town. Easy parking, clean bathroom with plenty of space for a family of three. Hassle free key deposit box, fully equipped kitchen. Strong WiFi. Quick response from the owner after asking for extra towels and bedding for our toddler.

As it's an old cabin with old furniture, it can't be easy to keep clean. Also, the drive up and down from the city to the cabin is somewhat of an adventure for someone who isn't used to driving. I couldn't get the TV to work.
