"Si hay un problema no te atienden.cuidado!"

Reservamos con mucha ilusión, pero su ineficacia para resolvernos el problema lo ha estropeado todo.

Se rompió la puerta de acceso de la casa al jardín y nos minitieron diciendo que iban a venir a arreglarla. 3 familia con niños sin atender durante todo el fin de semana. Supongo que será la 1 vez que tienen un problema real pero no lo han atendido. Nos dijeron que accediéramos al jardín por un pasillo que no estaba iluminado, de hecho uno de los niños se cayó por estar oscuro y se hizo una herida en la cara… todo un despropósito. Pensároslo bien. Porque el finde se os puede ir al traste. Una pena.
