We came back for a second year and had a wonderful time again. Still one of the best value for money in the area. Communication with the owner was great and fast. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful and well maintained house. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The location was amazing, just few steps from the small ski area and also close to the Aquarena. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Appliances are new and easy to use. Big plus in winter time is covered parking space. There is also a storage for skis and snowboards. All in all, great place to stay close to Nassfeld.

Beds were not made, we had to do it ourselves. It would be nice if there were boot warmers

Beautifull view to the montains; 100m far from the Kotchach’s ski center; the accomodation and it’s equipments was full and great condition.

Really a little problem but sometimes the cold water was not enough for 5 persons shower and somebody had to wait an hour.
