Tere is an upper floor with kitchen, living room, master bed room & bath. Those are relatively high end in finish. The lower floor has 3 rooms (10 beds) and bath, more like a hostel. And then there is a room in the roof (2 beds) with sauna and bath, which is really nice. Clean. Smooth communication with agency.

The place is very practical, and has nice features like 2 fireplaces, an outside terrace, etc. But it's not a chalet its a house, it is a little plain. View onto the lake is nice but limited by trees (great though from room in roof). Yes, you need to walk up 30 steps from the street. Some reviewers complain about that. We didn't find it that bad. Biggest drawback is location. For decent skiiing you want to be in Saalbach or Kaprun, ans that's a 20 to 30 min dirve.

stunning property with lovely views. plenty of space for our group. the staff were excellent, so helpful and responsive.

the only thing I can fault with the property was the location but that is only because we didn’t have a car. the walk up and down to the ski lift was about 15-20mins
