O lugar onde fica é lindo e tranquilo!

A estrada que dá acesso aos chalés é horrível. Precisamos de ajuda de um hóspede de outro chalé pra subir. Com chuva mesmo, carros não sobem (inclusive 2 outros carros tentaram subir e não conseguiram). A subida é ingrime, com buracos e sem manutenção. A escada que vai pro quarto é super em pé, bem ruim pra subir. Fomos com bebê de colo e foi horrível. A cama é desconfortável e tinha uma capa protetora de colchão que fazia barulho de plástico, precisamos retirar pra conseguir dormir. A sala onde fica a mesa de sinuca e rede estava chaveada. Não conseguimos entrar. A piscina estava suja. Não ficou nenhum funcionário pra dar informação e prestar algum serviço. O responsável não foi solicito ou prestativo quanto as nossas necessidades! Não voltaremos nunca, não indicamos a ninguém.
