Haus Alpenschloss

Very good experience

Schlüssel für das Zimmer mussten wir unten in der Stadt im Hotel abholen. Diese Info haben wir erst später gelesen. Für eine Überraschung hat es gut ausgereicht. Zugang zum Haus per Aufzug ist gut gelöst.

The view of the Matterhorn

No wash clothes to bath with. The instructions from where we picked up the keys was very limited on how things really were. We had trouble in the elevator figuring out the combination to get up to the room. We had to get help from someone else located in the same building. Not clear instructions at all. No outlets in bathroom! Also the pillows were lacking in comfort. We took the 2 pillows from the chairs to get more support.

We didn't receive a key to the ski storage room, so we had to carry our skis up with us every time We weren't given the wifi password The room key had to be obtained from another hotel located a long way away Although there is a kitchen, we didn't have any cutlery

Çok pahalı bir lokasyonda uygun fiyatlı bir yer.

Güzel bir mutfağı olmasına karşın mutfak araç gereçleri çok eksik.

if utensils were provided it would have been a perfect stay

La ubicación

Alquile para dos personas, en la casa no había vajillas para dos personas, solo 1 taza y una cuchara, no había nada para poder cocinar. No contaba con wi fi y no tenía forma de contactarme con el alojamiento.
