Romantic private superior Swiss Chalet with Hottub

Ausgesprochen nettes Chalet, äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Nähe zu Bahnhof, zum Lebensmittelgeschäft und zum See. Schöner Ausblick auf den See und einen malerischen Wasserfall

The location was really great with a wonderful view of the mountains and the lake. Owner was super helpful and communicative, the place was stylish, high quality and very clean. We loved the hot tub, but if you are heating it from cold it will take about 3 hours… however once it’s hot it will be warm enough the next evening to use it without heating up again.

I didn’t pick up from the reviews how “unprivate” the bathroom is, so be prepared that the toilet offers no privacy at all. The place is all open plan and there is no door to the toilet area. If you are a new couple, you’re going to be getting to know each other in ways that you might not want to!!

The location. It’s perfect for doing so many things in Switzerland!!! The local grocer was amazingly helpful! The hot tub to view the stars at night! The bed was comfortable. They seemed to have thought of everything with that little Chalet! We loved it there and never wanted to leave!

The only thing I would change is that the toilet was out in the open. I would enclose it, but that’s just me.

Really beautiful chalet. Interior and decor were great and things have been done to a high spec. View from the chalet is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need!

Everything is open planned including the bathroom and toilet.

The views were extraordinarily beautiful. A perfect Swiss chalet!

Need a hair dryer.

Lungern is a beautiful village and the chalet provides a great base from which to explore the area and mountains. René was a lovely host and the house is well-equipped, we had breakfast on the terrace each morning with a view over the turquoise lake.

As several reviews mention, noise can be an issue with the church bells ringing and the house is also on the main road through the village. We brought earplugs which did the trick.

The owner is such a nice person
