We stayed in the Pembroke Lodge and the Chalet was immaculate and had everything you would need. We stayed for 4 nights but you will be more than equipped to spend a week here. There was a fully stocked fitted kitchen with all the appliances you need to cook a family meal. The bathrooms are spacious and the bedrooms are lovely and cosy. This is an idyllic, tranquil place to stay with beautiful views. We requested to stay an extra night which was arranged by Sharon with no bother. The check in was easy with a code to access the main gate entrance. All of the on-site staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning to Waterside Lodges.

Absolutely beautiful scenery, grounds and lodge were immaculately kept. David was so kind - he took the girls to feed the animals every day and even brought fresh duck eggs. We can’t wait to come back

This property has everything and is a home from home with lots of luxury added. We arrived to a beautiful welcome hamper. Having a hot tub on your own balcony with views across the lake and seeing the ducks, swans and geese is a real joy. They have a little island that our girls loved to cross the bridge and sit in the middle of the lake on a bench, they even have lights that light the bridge up in the evening and looks so pretty. At the front of the property you have the lovely farm animals that are all named and is a real joy to watch and also interact with the help of the lovely owners and team. I have to tell you about David who welcomed us and showed us around the site and the property, making sure we knew where everything is and comfortable knowing that we have the team on-site if we needed anything, we loved the fresh eggs he brought also. He really gave us a lovely welcome and we knew from that start our trip was going to be perfect. This is a stay for anyone. It has everything you need. We are already planning our next visit.
