Playing fields and gardens were beautiful. Lovely walk down to the river. Lots for children to do in all weather with a good selection of indoor games and outdoor activities.

Opening and shutting 3 gates every time you enter and exit the property became a little tiresome. We only required 2 nights but minimum stay on booking.com was 3 nights so cost an extra £150 unnecessarily.

The location was perfect for Snowdonia climb and also the nearby town was Llanberis which was perfect for evening stroll around the lake! The patio was great with lights during night time so you could even take a book outside and read! The garden was great! Weather also helped when we stayed there as you got amazing sunrise and sunset sky!
