Where it was and the facilities

The pillows were too big and bulky and my sons bed on top bunk had a stain on it which my son qho has cleaning and sensory issues struggled with

The facilities and amenities

1. Electricity needs to be purchased through prepaid cards by the customer which was not disclosed while booking a non refundable stay at the property, acknowledged by booking.com customer service. Despite raising this as an issue the property manager did not yield as this counts towards hidden charges. Further, the prepayment to buy electricity can only be done at the reception of the property between 9AM to 5 P.M. 2. The wifi was completely non functional. Screenshot as proof were shared. Property was contacted of the issue and they had no resolution. 3. Some of the pans were not clean.
