Lovely design and great homely feeling when coming to the property

Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

The only thing I would say is it would be nice if they made the hot tub area a little more cosy. Some plants, fairy lights.

Just the right size for a couple away on a break

Some noisy neighbours but they were also respective of the 11pm rule :)

Love the area Interior was clean

Property wren 23 was of poor condition needed painting outside and it looked worse for wear given it being August we expected it to be looking fresh on the outside Lack of hanging space for for bathrobes in bathroom area even on back of the door 2nd night there there was a women’s party which was loud and screaming and singing into early hours of the morning Rang emergency number to complain to find an answer machine and no one to talk too!!! Some air con or fan system needed in the night as we left windows open as it was too hot and had a squirrel coming in for a nose lol No WiFi in the upper area compared to our last stay in wren 5

I loved the hot tub it was really nice

Paid £300 and the sofa was uncomfortable and it smelled like dog. It also didn't provide us with a bbq like other lodges and didn't have soap or toilet paper. The Wi-Fi did not work as it's not in range in the cabins but wasn't advertised also has a hard time contacting the staff as the number provided doesn't work.

Loved the hot tub and the modern bedroom and bathroom.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but just a thought we were a couple and the weather was not good so was a little squashed on the 2 seater sofa, however it’s being picky and not really a massive problem.

How well organised it was, and the area in the woodland.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.
