Centrally located, fit our family at a great price, everything you need is provided with the little kitchen, helpful and friendly staff, and just super cute

Nothing to mention at this time, was very pleased.

Location.

No anti-slip strips in showers/baths. No blinds in addition to the thin curtains in the bedrooms. Bathrooms are too dark (need more light). Window screens do not fit properly and therefore not able to have windows open. Kitchen faucet drips constantly (waste of water). Kitchen chair legs need to be re-glued or screws added to secure legs. Hot water is dangerously / scolding hot.

Affordable price and centrally located. Was clean and comfortable.

Location was great! The basketball hoop was awesome!

The property was unkept: from the lawn, (nothing was trimmed), to the broken picnic table that laid on the lawn our whole stay, two basketballs hoops (one was awesome, the other needs to be taken down or replaced; looks terrible, the play area was not trimmed and is old, the pop machine didn’t work, we had no Wifi 3 of the days we stayed, the screens were either missing or broken, the shades/windows were broken or dirty, we cleaned the fans that were piled with dust, the leather on the chair had peeled off and was covered up, the fabric on the sofa was ripped. The location is great and owners friendly. This could be and probably once was a gorgeous place; unfortunately it is not being kept up and is in need of major updates.

Who wants bed bugs and a pee smell? See the picture of the bug. This is the place. I complained and they refused to refund our money. We left the first night without staying. DO NOT STAY HERE!
