Dunroamin Lodge

Very nice, clean and comfortable cabin, in a quiet corner of the site. Perfect location for skiing as only 20 mins from the Cairngorm ski centre and 2 mins from Aviemore. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.

Leaving Nothing to not like

We liked everything about it. The owners were great. Really helpful.We were getting together for a family celebration and had a lovely time.

The chalet/lodge was found to be quite spacious particularly the lounge and kitchen area . On arrival it was noticed it was kept to a very clean standard and clean towels and fresh bed sheets were already in place . The main bedroom is spacious enough with an en-suite and king size bed .Our visit was in early February so the park area where it was situated was really quiet with no noise and very peaceful. Bottom of the site was the river Spey in all its glory which added to the scenic views and the backdrop of the spectacular Cairngorms.

The owners have thought out everything that you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay , I would say the only drawback would be the second bedroom is a wee bit too small for some people it’s fine for say two children but two adults would be a bit of a squeeze.

More instructions on the heating and tv would have been nice .

Location as it was close to town centre

This was described as a lodge but it was more like a residential caravan, which took us by surprise. 2nd bedroom was very small for 2 adults.

Clean, modern and had everything you need including towels, tea, coffee, bin bags and everything you need to keep the property clean

Arm on the sofa came off and had to buy screw driver and screws to fix it, it had been repaired before however was a poor fix. Was a really quiet park with around 100 caravans, there were only 3 families on site and the wee pub on the complex only opened 1 x day
